N.E.R.D. Perform New Song on David Letterman

Last night N.E.R.D. were the act to close the Late Night Show. They performed a new track off their upcoming album, Nothing. The song (which was produced by Daft Punk) is called “Hypnotize You,” and reminds of something 1960’s adolescent girls would listen to late at night as they  hid their FM radios under their pillows tuning into pirate radio stations. If you’ve seen the movie Pirate Radio you’ll know what I’m talking about once you watch this. If you haven’t, you should, it’s one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. Either way, thoughts on this track? Not really for me, and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t meant to be.
